Decorated with an African theme and with one of the most charming verandas in the city overlooking Copacabana beach, the Horse’s neck Bar, in Sofitel Rio de Janeiro, offers the client a detailed menu which includes tapas and varied and thematic drinks. The Horse’s Neck Bar also has a wide variety of national and imported alcoholic beverages – a generous selection of whiskies and a selection of micro-distilled cachaças in an exclusive space. The menu includes the Wine Flights, a tasting of three different wines with a common theme and "Caipirinha Flights", with three seasonal fruits and a delicious plate of our Chef´s appetizers. The Horse’s Neck Bar is an excellent option for relaxing when in town, as much for tourists as for the locals (cariocas). The bar has many attractions, such as musical shows and cultural events. Every Friday and Saturday the veranda of the bar becomes a stage for bands with different interpretations of Brazilian music.
