The objective of the restaurant is to offer the client what is called, customized luxury.  Depending on the occasion, the event or the client, it is possible to define what type of lighting will be used.  Sheer white, flame retardant curtains imported from Germany which are hung from ceiling to floor, allow for this type of flexibility.  If Sofitel is commissioned for an event by the French government, for example, the entire restaurant can be illuminated with the colors of the French flag, all this in just one touch of a button.

For those who prefer more exclusive and differentiated surroundings, Le Pré Catelan offers a reserved area, which is designed for groups, to a maximum of 16.  This room, decorated in tones of red, and so called, “Salon Rouge”, was decorated by the set and interior decorator Chico Leoni.  A reversible table and a high technology flat screen TV complete the space, which can be reserved for lunch, when requested in advance.
